To display time - Touch the center of the watch with finger tip and hold for 1 second. The LED lights will turn on - white for hour (flashing) and blue for minute (solid)
To adjust time - When the time is displaying, touch the center of the watch with finger tip and hold for 6 seconds. When white LED light starts flashing quickly, hold it again to adjust hour, then wait 5 seconds until the blue LED lights start flashing, hold it again to adjust minute. Wait another 5 seconds to end adjustment.
