We now use our own tracking system which sends you email notification. However, you can still use USPS as shown below.

Below is information on how our tracking works. Many questions are being asked daily and we hope the information below answers all your concerns.

Step 1:

We send you tracking by email once preparing is completed, while it might say label created not yet in system or Duplicate, item is already being handled. USPS only updates every 24/48H. Please allow a few days for it to show up “Pre-Shipment” as shown below.

This part is why we only use estimates, there is no date until next update, which unfortunately happens randomly.

Step 2:

If you have signed up for notifications you’ll receive a date or movement on the package as shown below.

Step 3:

Once your item is delivered (as guaranteed) it will show as below.

Why would a package be returned?

We rely on our shoppers to provide the correct address. If we make an error on your address, a replacement will be sent free of charge. If the shopper makes an error, we will send a replacement at cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.”
